You could not make this up. They suspend a country for carrying out a legal democratic impeachment and sign up a country who's leader calls for a military coup!

There's no wonder they have not invited Maduro.

Sorry, Paraguay, you've made a mistake here. Kirchner, Mujica and Rousseff should not have been invited. Particularly Kirchner. You do understand that the daft cow wants to RULE you, don't you? Just take a look at argieland's actions. It is dishonest with everyone. It bullies the wimp from Uruguay. Who doesn't have the brain of a peanut anyway. Isn't mercosur supposed to be a “common market”. So how come argieland acts against the other members? And, think on, together with Brazil it STEALS the electrical power you produce!

Yes, I too look forward to the family portrait, but Uncle Fester was not invited.

I hope these three arseholes of 'democratic' 'Rulers' give Paraguay a heartfelt apology for the awful way they treated a correctly run country.

    But don't hold you breath.

It would be amusing if TMBOA gets herself topped by the furious citizens of Paraguay in return for her actions towards them.
