Typical Latinos, sentenced to 4 yrs jail, commuted to one yr ( Why? ) Will probably serve sentence in house arrest or do community service. No wonder there is so much corruption in these countries, there is no detterrent. Serve the jail sentence you deserve it. How can he still be in politics with a record for fraud, wait a minute it is a Latin country.
