You are an asshole, but in no means it that meant as a personal attack, because ....you are an asshole. But let's not take it out of context simply because you are a complete asshole.

England, toss her for being so undiplomatic. Did she attend the rhino school of diplomats?

“ The failure of a communication strategy. ” is to blame, not the words spouted by Ambassador Castro.

I believe this reply actually came after the Ambassador cooled off, and someone mentioned that she may have stepped over the diplomatic line of conduct befitting a member of the International Diplomatic community.

I wonder who on her staff came up with this witticism, and how long it took to do so.

Mid term elections soon. it would not go down well if a diplomatic row developed with the UK and Ms Castro was asked to leave the UK. you can bet your life on sister-in-law has told her to make up or else!

I love those apologies that go “I'm sorry if anyone has chosen to be offended”.
Either apologise or don't apologise but don't say you're “sorry” but then turn it into an additional insult. Why on earth don't Argentina use professional diplomats who actually understand this?

You mean Nick Clegg's support surely?

In Britain, the Labour party under Gordon Brown overspent (“invested for the future”) an enormous amount in its 3rd term so that we have run staggering deficits since 2008. Thus the British people kicked them out and are unlikely to return them in 2015. Nothing to do with Murdoch who if anything has done Cameron more harm than good.

It's quite clear that personal offensiveness is all the rage in the Kirchnerite circle. It's a moot point whether this is part of a deliberate strategy to raise tension, or just a natural expression of character. But it will no doubt continue as long as there are Peronista and an electorate crude and dumb enough to applaud it.

Castro even states that UK public opinion is coming round to the view that the Falklands aren't worth supporting or protecting long-term: Galtieri and his drunken cronies where the other side of the world when they also came to that view; shes actually sat in London and is yet totally clueless about the country and politics she's paid ambassador to.

I understand that she has been referred to as “the trolley dolly”. I couldn't understand this at first, and then I looked up “dolly”. Options: Dolly (tool), a portable anvil. Dolly (trailer), for towing behind a vehicle. Hand truck, sometimes called a dolly. Which shall we go for? I favour the first one. A thick tool.

    @2 Like you know anything!
    @6 Still nothing intelligent.
@10 Well, it's not good. But is lifelike.
@12 Anyone who has Kirchner, tinboy, PutridJelly, LaurenBeano, Tomato in their government has no room to cast aspersions.
@13 The honest answer is that I don't know. But the maximum number eligible to vote for a pope is 120. Somewhat LESS democratic than the Falkland Islands.
@17 But you don't have any money. Your “government” keeps saying so. Oh, I forgot. You lie. Continuously.
@19 But you have demonstrated the pragmatic purpose yourself with “exult” instead of “exalt” and “noetic” instead of whatever. As is everyone on here.........What you are seeing is pixels on a X/Y axis usually at 96 dpi......simply put......some are black, some are white the ones that are black take the shape of letters, those that are white are seen as white space.
Various degrees of greyscale are also used and the pics......varying degrees of coloured pixels.......Everyone knows that!
You are one strange stalking girl!

81 don't bother giving voice an audience.....ignore him....force him to make a new persona. He and his last ones were bitch slapped and he hides, all of them when he is slapped. You will notice his syntax as a common denominator in all his persona's. Sometimes he screws up and makes a reference that he typed in one of his other persona's. He love's patting his shoulder's and bragging of worldliness. He is about as worldly as the Man in the Iron Mask. Ask him to email you.....he will not because his balls shrink and his voice rises two octaves.

A_Voice's multiple qualification enable him to spend hours on here with everyone else.

Including little ol' me who is actually at uni getting one.

Seems “lots of” qualifications gets you several hours on here trolling on a daily basis and deflecting the article.

What are Castro's qualifications? Chicken or pasta? What idiotic government though an airline hostess was a good fit to one of the world's major diplomatic postings?

CMYK is only really used as the full or four colour processing in offset litho printing etc.......RGB has a greater gamut of colours and is used in printing, but of the Giclee variety.......or inkjet.....same thing really......Doh!

A_Hole, you are confused, mixing us up. Obviously you are a noxious rather old retired Scot Nat Academic. Never done anything, no real achievements, bitter at some slight from an English person. Resentful of privileged Eton educated Tories who have been good enough to go to Oxford. You just weren't good enough. Strange you should not support Gib and the Falklands. Probably a Lib living in the highlands.
Carry on supporting the RG government, but its a strange way of getting your own back on the English.

You deflect around them on these threads, but commenting on them seems to be ...verboten.
How much do they pay you?

“I'm bored” - you say that a lot, yet you doggedly put in your 'hours' each day.

Reading some of my fellow Merosul /Mercosur member's postings on this subject, would anyone here disagree that it is better to win over an opposite willingly to your cause, than scream and insult them ?

At on time both the major Airlines and the Diplomatic Services of the world provided lessons in dealing with the public and being courteous in order to accomplish a goal successfully. I believe Ambassador Castro simply lost her temper in the emotion of the moment, or “ missed a few lessons ” when she trained as an former airline hostess.

John Freeman is the UK Ambassador to Argentina now, is that right?

If he shot his mouth off like this about Argentina and CFK, the Argentine government would take full anti-UK rhetorical advantage of it. And the Argentine populace would lose it.

CFK has published pro-“Malvinas” articles in UK newspapers hasn't she? Did Cameron's government ever do the same in Argentina?

Timmerman has thrown pro-“Malvinas” tantrums in the UK, has William Hague ever done this in Argentina?

Again, if this happened in Argentina, CFK and Timmerman would find this behaviour totally inappropriate.

They feel some entitlement to free expression when on UK soil but if the same happened in their country it'd be an egregious violation of their sacred sovereignty.

Any politician who does not have the sense to realise that in this modern age of instant communication, there is no such thing as an “off the cuff comment” has no business being a politician, because they are clearly unsuitable for the job!

Diplomacy is the art of telling people to go to hell in such a way that they ask for directions. (Winston Churchill)
Unfortunately, Castro has left out intelligence, strategy, code of conduct etc. that “such as way” demands. She was instructed by CFK to ruffle feathers but is beginning to look like a plucked turkey.
    A prediction:
    * CFK out in 2 years, sovereign default and devaluation in 2.01 years, Castro out in 2.01 years, normality (of sorts) restored in 3 years.

Trolls (of both sides) I am amused by your online diplomacy. Long live the queen.
