    The Conservatives have had some really bad leaders over the years as well as some stunners.

    If only Cameron was in the “stunners” category.

    Yes anymore trouble and we'll hide behind the EU and let them fight our battles...again

    Thee haughty tyrants ne'er shall tame:
    All their attempts to bend thee down,
    Will but arouse thy generous flame;
    But work their woe, and thy renown.
    Altogether now......

    Love that video, irrefutable proof that they “Did not” support the criminal action of their junta. Must cringe every time somebody posts it, talk about “Smoking Gun.”

    @5 Anglotino - too right mate!

    @6 Reality check - so right, it totally stuffs them.

    Whilst I'm no fan of Cameron, I think he says what we think on these matters - its' a dangerous world, hot heads in Argentina and Spain and other places want to do us harm. These places are loose cannons... but Britain Will Keep Calm and Carry On...

    @3 It takes a real fool to try to make a point out of a tenant returning a leased property to its owner. But then, “Marge” is a real fool!
    @7 According to the Gibraltar Chronicle, “The attitude of the United Kingdom, reiterated today by Prime Minister David Cameron, clearly contravenes [UN] resoltaions,” Sr García-Margallo said.
    We know the answer to that one, don't we? Because it's the same sort of crass stupidity spouted by CFK and her cronies. UN General Assembly resolutions are NON-BINDING. No doubt this Spanish approach was suggested by Tinboy. “I always feel good when I say this.” Thing is that the dozy tosser and the dumb slag he works for have never had any success with it. Have they never noticed?

    Galtieri looks pleased with himself, how long was it? No cheering crowds in the Plaza de Mayo, they must have been cheering the fact that the BRITS were coming.

    @7
    I appreciate that Cameron takes political advantage of supporting the Falkland Islands and Gibraltar, as I'm not impressed with his government in the UK.
    However, whatever the reasons, politically self serving, or genuine, he's right on this and realises that when Britain tried to appease Argentina and worried about provoking Argentina, their appeasement led to invasion costing the UK more than the £12m the islanders wanted for Stanley airport to be lengthened to take larger airliners or to develop the Islanders to self sufficiency and more autonomy, subdivision of land to Islander ownership etc etc etc.
    Argentina invaded, because the UK were seen to loose interest in the Falklands, and now they complain that the UK keeps their interest and defends them.

    Once bitten, twice shy.

    And the stupid thing, is that Argentina and Spain are helping Cameron by being arses! It must be dayglo obvious that if CFK rants against the UK, or is aggressive to the Falklands, that plays into Cameron's hands.

    Still Cameron would have to really feck up badly to even come close to becoming as incompetent as CFK and Rajoy and the desired effect is that Gibraltar and the Falklands (and St Helena with the airport)are now properly supported by the UK government, a policy they have got right, despite my misgivings about 'call me Dave.'
