“We must prepare to prevent a cyber war”
Chancellor with Lula and Dilma Defense Minister, Celso Amorim explained why South America needs a common vision based defense cooperation and the preservation of natural resources ~
... You mean the South Atlantic and the case of the Falklands in the South Atlantic?
-Well, it has to do with the South Atlantic. Our position on Falklands is well known and I have no need to repeat it. Always defended Argentina's rights and a negotiated solution. But the South Atlantic, beyond the very important issue of the Malvinas, has other major problems. There are key routes. Keys to Argentina, of course, but as defense minister of Brazil speak that a huge proportion of our foreign trade is on the Atlantic. And our oil suppliers, because we can not yet self-sufficiency and there are different types of crude oil, are Nigeria, Angola, Algeria ... Transportation in all cases passes through the South Atlantic. Also, as you know, Brazil has a very close relationship with Africa. It is a historical relationship that becomes more and more important, which leads us to have greater cultural and economic presence. All the more reason, then, to worry about the South Atlantic. Now, we want to ensure the safety of the South Atlantic just to the South Atlantic countries. From the geopolitical point of view of course the cooperation of the countries of the west coast of Africa and South American countries. All up the area of the South Atlantic Peace. These days in Brazil will make very important seminar in Salvador, Bahia. The Argentina will participate with a lecturer. So we want to keep the South Atlantic as a zone of peace, cooperation, free of weapons of mass destruction...'

This little gem from the argie twat really made me laugh:
“Rossi also advanced that Argentine shipyards could be used to repair Brazilian vessels and even consider the building of equipment for the two navies.”

But the minister should have said “we have got to understand why our self-build warships turn over in dock as this could be a problem!”

The Brazilian twat then should have said “don’t try and teach your grandmother to suck eggs you argie twat, we are building a nuclear submarine which will work, unlike that old TR1700 you have been boasting about for decades”

The meeting then closed with both the esteemed ministers fighting each other with their handbags.
