    The Mercosul should dominate Mercosul. The competition should be in other markets.

    Why not help your brother mercosan out and donate some toilet paper? I hear their asses have been rubbed raw from the lack cushy, tushy paper. Apparently the military seized the TOILET PAPER factory due to a national security issue.

    http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-09-20/venezuela-orders-national-guard-to-oversee-toilet-paper-factory.html

    Murders at exploding rates.....runaway inflation, currency falling through the floor, food shortages, make believe coups,........and now........toilet paper reaches a national security level.

    Does the government of Venezuela have no level of shame and embarrassment? Argentina and Venezuela are vying for the idiot country of the decade award. But no worries..........Brazil is sure to catch up.

    Americans like the one above are so odd: they squirm in indignity at a toilet paper crisis, yet don't say A WORD about the bloodbath after bloodbath after bloodbath in their own country, where dozens are gunned down in one fell swoop.

    Toilet paper shortage is embarrassing, but having your citizens shot down like wounded mules is not.

    Says it all right there.

    Tobi did you lose oral contact with your mothers tits again? Maybe dad needs to give you something to suckle on, perhaps he did?
    BTW
    Tell me what I have done regarding violence in my country in the past 6 months? If you can;t I suggest you shut up and go back to sucking on mom and dad. Mendoza must really suck these days. The Argentine spring is in the making.
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

    @5 Wow! That's a “freeway in town”? Looks more like a couple of ditches. And where are the houses, shops, factories? These are structures that normally define a “town”. Have they piled all that earth over them?

    @6

    I love your naivete, that you think that is the only public work in the city. Do three year olds steal your candy too?

    And to compare a 6 million population state with a 1 million one... lol.

    @7

    I know this is an alien concept to you as a Brit and European, but the Earth is not a mass of buildings filled with crushes of people, and toxic factories. The Earth is mostly (thankfully) still OPEN SPACE. Fresh air. Rolling countryside, snow covered hills, tree groves, rivulets of clear water forming streams.

    In Mendoza in particular, the metro area is spread out, and there are open spaces (what the Indians would call “meidan”), in between urbanized regions. Also, in Mendoza parks and public green spaces are constantly built, because of the oxygen and earthquake code requirements.

    This freeway may seem to be in the middle of a forest, but it's in the middle of the outer metro area... that's because we have trees and forest around our motorways.

    Trees are something the UK has long forgotten, since you have no idea how to protect your natural environment and you destroyed it all.

    Enjoy your factories and freeways one on top of the other.

    Did your daddy pull out of you before he finished? When did Boston grow to 6 million? That is the population of the ENTIRE STATE!! Boston is a city.....and yes I was comparing a city of less than one million people to the entire province of Mendoza......lol.

    If you would like, shall I send you ALL of Massachusetts construction projects, both private AND public to compare apples to apples? You know we are one of the smallest states in the union? Rhode Island being the smallest, I can send what they are doing as well?

    Last year you sent photobuckets of “the mall”, now a “road” lol.
    Conq......I think that is was it left of that mine. lol

    @9

    Isn't Boston home of one of the biggest boondoggles in American construction/engineering history? And one of the most corrupt too?

    Come back to me when you can actually build a lousy tunnel. Mendoza has built them over 6000 meter granite mountains 4000 meters in elevation, kilometers long.

    Now bridges collapsing, tunnels caving in, and levies breaching is commonplace in the dilapidated USA infraestructure.

    But this?

    23 billion for a lousy tunnel??
