Just look at that! Britain. Leading the way. Again. Navy. Industrial Revolution. Steam. Economy. Courage. Resistance to totalitarianism. Support. Protection. Honesty. Trust. Commitment.
The United Kingdom will ALWAYS protect the Falkland Islands against belligerent fascism. It could remind argieland that, without the British Industrial Revolution, there would be no steam power and no argie railways. British influence on the argie economy brought prosperity. Argie control spelled disaster. Just check on all the defaults. At the forefront is the Royal Navy. The protection of civilised, peaceful people against nearby belligerent barbarians. And Britain is committed. Because of the honesty between Britain and the Falkland Islands. The trust. OUR people. Who we WILL protect. There aren't enough “things” in latam to change that. Not in the next ten thousand years!

    Here I think: https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/england-of-richard-third

I'm not really surprised to see the absence of my employer from the list, although I am cheered by the sight of both of the universities that I have attended being there. With a bit of luck, and with them all working together, this collection of great-but-not-exceptional universities might be able to overcome the institutional inertia of the top few (Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, ICL, Durham, St Andrews and UCL) and get them on board as well.

    Thanks for the link
Two hours per week for six weeks.....I think I could manage that....and for FREE!
    It doesn't get any better!
The war of the Roses....a great subject too.....I'm with the White!....the loser!

Now is the winter of our discontent
    Made glorious summer by this sun of York;
And all the clouds that lour'd upon our house
In the deep bosom of the ocean buried.

Though I would like them to introduce some sort of formal exam at the finish....maybe set up national and international exam centres, where you could pay a fee and then gain a formal credit...I think they would eventually pay for themselves and maybe even make a profit, there must be plenty of empty premises available at cheap rent etc...
A bit like the way the theory and hazard perception test centres for Driving in the UK is set up!.....One person monitoring CCTV for cheating...
Any entrepreneurs out there.....look at the feasibility of it!

    That's a great initiative!

Other top picks are EDX (http://edx.org) and Khan Academy (http://edx.org).

For maths, Khan Academy looks like the best. For everything else, checking EDX first is the way to go.

Let us not forget Shakespeare was an unashamed House of Tudor propagandist.

Love Larry O in the classic film version.

Yes, you are right of course...
That is what would make this offered course interesting, to see how much reliance there is on Sir Thomas More's demonising of Richard III and so Shakespeare's....

Still either you are a White or a Red and .....Never the twain shall meet!
