Mujica inclined to support UPM pulp production expansion but conditioned to environment improvements

Uruguay’s president Jose Mujica anticipated that his intention is to authorize the UPM pulp mill to expand production, as the Finnish company had requested, but conditioned to certain additional environmental measures, which will not be made public until talks with Argentine president Cristina Fernandez on Monday.     Does this mean the deep water port has been agreed by the Chin? NO, it doesn't. “Flirting” with Brazil and China over which country will fund the port: he thinks he is flirting with TMBOA but in reality she is a prick teaser and he doesn't have the balls to go with it.

    And if he really wants the environment improved he should tell TMBOA to get her house in order first and clean the BsAs basin up PDQ.
