Why is that people like Lulu (Lala) find the need to say things like this? But it is important to correctly “interpret” his comments.
“Cristina Kirchner is not only important for Argentina, but for the whole region,” She provides a perfect example of how not to think (?) or act.
“The former president underlined that all the countries have democratic regimes”. If the “regimes” were “democratic”, why would he need to “underline” it. But the “regimes” don't like “democracy”. Look what happened to Paraguay. Let's say they have the “forms”. Maybe, one day, they'll have the “democracy”.
““The region now is much more independent and respected in the world”. In de doo-doo is more like it. I think he's mistaking sniggering for “respect”. How do you get respect being represented by numpties like CFK, tinboy, PutridJello, Laurazilcho, Farmer Pepe, Almagro, Evo-stik Morales, MADuro.

Lula might have fought off cancer, Gonzo - there again, so did Dilma.

What example did Lula set? A bad one.

Lula - an inspiration? ... Institutionalising corruption. ...Failing to produce a national infrastructure. ...Failing to provide an adequate education system. ... These are great acts of omission and commission.

On the other hand, Lula won sports deals and extended the 'basket of provision' for the poor using the money from those better off - a good socialist, a populist who promoted an 'image' of Brasil, a good union-man.

What has Dilma achieved? Probably as much as she could with the degree of corruption (and opposition) embedded in all parts of her administration.
Trials of the corrupt at the top. Infrastructure, especially in food and oil. Education - insufficient. Agreeing to oust Paraguay and include Venezuela - unforgivable!

    And what of Cristina? ... ... ... ...

Lula won't shut up, Math; he is preparing for candidacy.
