Turkey opens railway tunnel linking the Asian and European continents

A railway tunnel underneath the Bosphorus Strait has been opened in Turkey, creating a new link between the Asian and European shores of Istanbul. The Marmaray tunnel is the world's first connecting two continents, and is designed to withstand earthquakes. Read full article

    Anyone ever been to Turkey?
    For goodness sake don't let them into the EU......Swindle swindle and for something different...Swindle.
    Took a taxi from Izmir to Ephesus 160 km round trip...The taxi driver pulls up at the gas station...there's a guy stood at the pumps with a wad of notes....nothing goes through the till....no receipt.
    .....No no no you don't pay to go in...give me dollars and I pay for you....

    Lost in excess of 700 dollars that day.......
