but will CFK refuse to meet them,
the argy bloggers state they wish nothing from the nasty British,

so they will just have to sit back and watch the British come and do business.

    @1 Briton

No the Argentines will try the usual trick of attempting to get ANYONE to say that they support a peaceful settlement regarding the Falklands, which they will immediately trumpet as total, full support for Argentina.

However, the Argentine government cannot deal with people who actually think for themselves. They're too used to their zombie La Campora trolls lapping up every single bit of bile that they dribble.

However, if these businesses can open trade with these countries, then good luck to them. It will benefit all parties involved, I'm sure.

I can't think of ONE thing of value that is manufactured in Liverpool or Manchester. No wonder they are groveling all over the world for people to buy their stuff, whatever it is they make.

I'm getting used to seeing Europeans coming to SA to beg for trade.

Your ignorance is bewildering. Manchester was the first industrialised city in the world, they also split the atom and invented the computer there.

Please tell me what they invented or contributed to the world in which ever flea bitten arse pit you were spawned?

The only begging I have seen in Argentina is the Argentines begging from tourists.

How is that slum growing in Mendoza?

Ouch. I got personal didn't I? Even the unctuously fake diplomacy to which Elaine feigns to adhere to was overwhelmed by spelled out truth, and the yelping British in her surged forth in a grand eluctation.

    Do not worry, I understand.

Graphene will be to the 21st century what silicon was to the 20th.
And BAE defence products are very popular in some countries, but beyond the price range of certain others .... cough, cough.

You've obviously never heard of AstraZeneca, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Their main R&D site and some of their main manufacturing/packing sites are on the outskirts of Manchester. Also, all the wings for Airbus aircraft are made at Broughton, just outside Liverpool.

I remember my English teacher in 5th grade at the ICEI, this obnoxious (in speech) New yorker. She had plastered the entire classroom with green and posters of this sports team, which none of us knew what it was about. Then eventually she told us it is an PA (American Pass), which Americans call football, team from the area. Now I know it is the Jets.

At the time we asked her why she would come here, this was not long after the 2001 crisis. She said she felt far safer here than in the rat hole of New York, where people had lost their soul and their peace of mind since 2001, and the joy of life had gone.

Must explain the thousands of lazy American bums trying to get an English teaching job somewhere in Argentina.

So what did Nostrils little story that was totally off topic tell us?

    * He lost another argument or attempt to direct the tone of comments after being slapped down repeatedly - after all who could forget the raging ignorance of “I can't think of ONE thing of value that is manufactured in Liverpool or Manchester”

    * He relied on a foreigner to learn English

    * His class was so ignorant of who the NY Jets were - even with the internet

    * Judged a whole city of 8 million people as having lost their soul, their peace of mind and joy of life by one person

    * and supposedly Nostrils was in grade 5 around 2001 which means he was about 10 years old. Now this is surprising because supposedly he just started university this year. And with him repeatedly reminding us of his superior intelligence several times a month even while coming across as extremely ignorant, that means that he should be around about 22 years old now.

Mind you the talk and claims about university have tapered off since earlier this year and are hardly even spoken about now - no assignments, no exam period. No holidays…… just the same monotonous shrill deflections week after week! LOL

His story changes repeatedly. He said on here at one time that he had to leave education early and had taught himself English by watching soap operas. Given his dramatic language I can quite believe that.

    He is a fantasist.

    @28

I said I was learning German and French for a time with soaps, when making a comment on the disastrous condition of European health care, because it was a focus of these soap operas at the time.

Don't blame me for “changing stories”, blame yourself for being illiterate in your own language. Go back and learn reading basics.

    Agreed ElaineB

It is difficult for many of the Argentines who are embarrassed for themselves and their country to keep their lies straight. As least Nostrils admits to actually being in Argentina and considering his woefully inaccurate and infantile world view and knowledge, there is little doubt that he is stuck in an out of the way town in a peripheral country.

“Also, all the wings for Airbus aircraft are made at Broughton, just outside Liverpool.”

    DO YOU MIND!

Yes, the wings are made in Broughton! That’s the Broughton which is administered by CHESTER, Cheshire, nothing at all to do with Liverpool, the home of the scallywags (minor thugs and up-and-coming gangsters) and all sorts of other unsavoury characters colloquially known as “Scousers”.

Liverpool: a bit like BsAs on Mogadon but with ships that float and electricity that works even when it rains!

The only good thing to come out of Liverpool is the M62 heading west.

I bet you can tell I am a fan, NOT.

Elaine I recall that speech/post also. In fact it was during his fanatical period and bragging of his teaching himself other language and his rants about how Yankee does not speak Spanish. Around the Libertad period. Seems he cannot either keep his stories straight.....or cannot recall his lies very well.
