The Paraguayan Senate finally passed on Tuesday afternoon, with a large majority a protocol for including Venezuela as full member of Mercosur. The protocol, which was submitted to Congress by President Horacio Cartes, was supported 29-10. Read full article

Is the globe on the human flag on the motionless image containing constellations of this star system or are they from the Pleiades skyview?

That would give us more facts on who “really” approved Paraguay as member.

I'm not saying it was “anyone” other than humans yet.

My thoughts entirely, Pugol.
1. Brasil pays big-time to get Paraguay back on-side by getting them to declare support for VE's entry to Mercosur.
2. Then watch Venezuela support Argentina to stymie any bloc deal with the EU.
3. Brasil goes (bi-laterally) alone; minnows follow.

I'd say Mercosur, all nations included will pay a whole lot more, literally, should Europe keep their tariffs on agro products while agreeing an “F”TA with us...
