It is utterling fascinating the Anglos are always giving “warming” about others.

Reading the history books of Earth, the last 500 years especifically, it is the “others” that should be warned about the Anglos.

    Georgio,
the warning is against little buzzy bugs, not against caribs or latinos.

The article warns about 'becoming unwell'.
This is a bit of an understatement for those contracting the disease from an infecting mosquito-'bite' for a second time.
    That is when you die.

@1 Perhaps you're right. WARNING: Anglos do not ALWAYS bomb, missile or shoot those that deserve it. WARNING: Responsible, law-abiding countries may advise the UK of any places that they think should be bombed, missiled or shot up. The UK may require a financial contribution from countries wishing to see such noxious places as argieland, bolivia, ecuador, uruguay obliterated.
WARNING: Latinos are unstable and murderous. Caribs have no concept of “law” and are equally murderous. Travellers are advised that Afghanistan is safer. Research latest murder, armed robbery, assault, robbery, burglary, pickpocketing statistics before travelling. NOTE: Criminal activities can take place in airports, seaports and at land borders and are often committed by “law enforcement” officials.

    There. Good, accurate warnings.

    @1
It's called a responsible government caring about the wellbeing its citizens, a concept completely alien to you clearly.

The people who need to get their act together over Dengue are the travel companies, especially the cruise lines.

One of my best friends and his wife booked a cruise in the Med for last year and he Skyped me to ask what Dengue was as he had never heard of it.

The cruise line had advised that Dengue is like influenza and those infected would soon be well.

Fortunately he heeded my advice to check out the web and take obvious precautions, starting with ignoring anything the cruise line said.

... haven't picked up on Conq's racism yet, but he does let himself get carried away with the gung-ho nationalism bit.

It has become his 'role' .. his online persona
    - like B_K adopts a puppy-love for CFK as his personal 'moniker'.

Don't get too upset by it, Forgetit; it's just his lovin' British way and, I believe he is acting the part of the 'racialist sociopath' because there are Brits who do think like that. I remember an Alf Garnett TV parody comedy that did the same.

Conq. has shown us recently that he can put together the most cogent argument on Mercopress, when he puts his mind to it.

So, in the same way as you and I know how to allow for each other's excesses, 'give a little slack' when it's less important - but hit hard when those who are powerful and do know better do really bad things.
