NASA scientists say 2013 tied with 2009 and 2006 for the seventh warmest year since 1880, continuing a long-term trend of rising global temperatures. With the exception of 1998, the 10 warmest years in the 134-year record have all occurred since 2000, with 2010 and 2005 ranking as the warmest years on record. Read full article

What a rank pile of global warming propaganda. Still, that's NASA making sure they'll get their grants for next year. I'd like to talk to the fellow who measured carbon dioxide levels 800,000 years ago. Maybe I could borrow his Tardis.

(It wasn't John Kerry was it?)

And who can say if the warmest years ever achieved were sometime before 1880?
Psst The world didn't start in 1880
    Idiotic fools
Someone should tell Gore its been 5 years and there's still ice on the polar caps.

Actually yankee science can determine a lot on historical climate from core samples in ice and also in the strata. Science is not perfectly accurate.........but it's pretty damn good.
You do know where 5 years stands on earth's 4,500,000,000 year old ticking clock? It's not 6,000 years old.

    Somebody's been reading up then!

I thought anybody who knew more than one subject ot had more than one life experience was “lying”?

Now the exponent of that theory blows it wide open himself!

    Ha, ha, ha.

they reckon that ice taken from deep down , can point to the past,
mind you, they say that abt tree rings,

but with all the rain and storms we have been having,
and all that snow in north America,

    how they explain that,
when you consider that china probably dumps 10,000 times as much into the air,
    and they get thick fog...lol

Perhaps one needs to be a scientist to understand science.....in particular the earth.
