It would be all OK so long as the American households are not borrowing their way into mass consumption again

Who is annoying the Argie baiters or “those extremist Argentines”...as your post implies the Argentines are annoying.....?
...and why couldn't you use the old name....if you deleted your account the old name would surely be available...but, I remember you saying you tried to delete it but they wouldn't let you...
Therefore you would still have the old name....
...and what happened to your sense of humour..it appears to have gone....

I am glad they are reducing entitlements. They've had a HUGE and Unprecedented rise under Obama. They need to be drastically scaled back and I hope it happens soon!

The most important examples of entitlement programs at the federal level in the United States would include Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, most Veterans' Administration programs, federal employee and military retirement plans, unemployment compensation, food stamps, and agricultural price support programs.

We shall see which ones are tweaked.

    @19
“reduce aid to the poor” like ARgentina”
As President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner continues to make waves over the sovereignty of the Falklands, the British Government continues to vote through billions of pounds in international aid to her country, primarily through the World Bank and the EU. According to a poll by ComRes, of those few British adults who are aware of such expenditure, barely 6 per cent support it.
Barack Obama’s administration certainly isn’t in favour of such action. It has started voting against loans to Argentina from international financial institutions, and is looking for allies in its tough stance. Britain should be first in line. (The Telegraph)

Mercopress is in The Nile, yet again.

    - All latest US economic indicators are BAD
    - US Stock markets plunging to the toilet last few weeks
    - long term unemployment record all time
    - Western USA running out of water LITERALLY (like, all the rivers are dry!)
    - northern USA being contaminated by fracking, cropland being destroyed
    - Texas becoming a desert
    - Great lakes drying up
    - Still mass shootings all over the place (how many in colleges and malls just in te last two weeks... like 10 at least?)

    Yeah, things are great otherwise!!

Toby/ Narine (or what ever false persona you have today…) - I have exposed you before as a fraud and a fake. As is obvious by your silly false, 'EUian' (your word) voice in some posts, and your angry ‘anti-Anglo’ voice in others.
Your comments are worthless. Nobody respects you.
EU – ian is not a Nationality nor a Country. It is not even a recognized word!
You may have several screen-names but the intelligent, educated Posters on this forum know you as a Fool.
Your are not worthy of an informed response.
    Imbecile.
