The Bolivian Senate is expected to vote next month for the full incorporation of the country to Mercosur, thus complying with some of the last steps to join the group made up of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Read full article

So it's a shoe-in if they say they want in?
Mercosur needs a De Gaulle - someone who can 'call a spade a f-ing shovel';
someone who will say to Bolivia “sorry, once you develop just a bit we will consider you again”.
