The article says members of the police and security forces have committed excesses.
This is being investigated by state prosecutors, as in representatives from the Venezuelan state.
Try asking your mom to read the articles up for you, or someone that indeed can explain to you what all those random letters actually mean...
Who are the Police and “security forces” whatever that means in a dictatorship I would assume either a Federal Police or the Army. Both are the State aren't the Stevie?

Whether they condoned it or not, the govt. is responsible for its own people, and is therefore, the entity committing the excesses.
They could incarcerate their own, it would be an act of “damage control”. And the punishment is token.
It takes some pretty seamless english skills to make the above argument considered even for a second.

Reggeaton dind't even exist in Argentina in the early 2000s. Later on it became much more electronic like it is nowdays. I remember back in early highschool every restaurant, pub, taxi, bus was sophocating with CV and the thematic was far more heavy than nowdays. Its not the music I like either, but you cant say you have never heard of them or know the meanings of those words.

You confuse words and like “Alachuete” with “Cizaña” and expressions like “meter pua” or “armar puterio”
And you confuse Cumbia Villera with Cuarteto....You even have the dare to say Rodrigo is not Cuarteto Cordobes.
You can confuse the many genres of Argentine folklore itself (that is also imported in Uruguay) which are very regional and only listened by old people like the Chamamè, Gato, Zamba, Chacarera, milonga, Gato explicado.... But you cant get mixed up with CV and Cuarteto cordobes. They are just far too popular and widespread to confuse. Whether its shitty music its not the point. You are too fake.

I have never denied the serious and structural problems that venezuela suffers, in fact, there are objetive reasons to protest against maduro's government, like the high level of delincuence, which becomes caracas into one of the most dangerous cities from south america, beside, there are many denounces of corrupton cases, institutional violence, a dramatic lack of products in the supermarkets, which is a problem that the country sometimes suffers, due to it imports most the products that people buy, because they aren't producers mostly, however beyond the empathy of rejection that anybody can feel for maduro's ideology, i think it would be too misserable to deny or to underestimate the economic war that powerful corporatons are making in the country, producing a hard lack of products, which is something that gets worse a problem that they already had.
On the other hand, it's really pathetic the distortion that some media corporations do, trying to make people believe that most venezuelans are protesting, when actualy the concentrations are in just some cities of the country. However, beyond this expectable distortion, in dicember maduro's party won municipal elections in most venezuela, if it soposes that most people in venezuela are against maduro's government, then how is it posible that his party won the elections in the country.
Opposition must understand that if they want to rule the country, and become venezuela into one more u. s. a's backyard again, they have to wait untill 2016 or 2019, otherwise, all they do, sooner or later will finish in failure, as it has always happened since 2002.
