    As for impede nuclear terrorism, this will be harder to achieve, considering we let all and sundry run amok around the UK.

    I wonder if you've ever been to the UK, let alone live there, because from your post it appears that you haven't.

    As for the Russia and the US, this is how grown ups act. They may have differences, but they can be put aside for the greater good.
