May 01st, 2014 - 06:33 am - Link - Report abuse 0Uruguayan Defense Minister described Argentine founding father Domingo Faustino Sarmiento as a son of a bitch. He later apologised for his bad language, said that it wasn't Sarmiento's mother's fault, and amended the description to putrid soul. Speculated that Sarmiento's soul must be in purgatory.
Disappointingly, the Minister made no mention of Juan Domingo Perón or Nestor Kirchner.
