A top Paraguayan official will be travelling to Colombia to establish 'closer links' with the Pacific Alliance and advance with the country's full membership request. Mercosur will not admit this, otherwise Paraguay would be the troyan horse to anihilate the weak and less competitive internal market of Mercosur. Pacific Alliance would eat them alive...
