Margallo steps up lobbying in New York ahead of UN sessions
in the clearest indication of the focus being placed by Spain to collapse the stalemate on tripartite talks into a reversion to a bilateral,??

How appropriate that the Dutch Treaty of the Hague (1720) should be once more reinforced in the Netherlands ... but who would have thought it would be by 'Liberals'!

It's all about 'people's rights.' This is something that S pain clearly doesn't understand.

The latest Labour Party political broadcast doesn't mention the Labour Party at all! It attacks the Liberal Democrats using, in black and white, the black humour of Spitting Image of the last century:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwGvgC-r4IE

This is supposed to be promoting the Labour Party in the 'European Elections' but it never mentions Europe or the Labour Party (or even the word 'socialist'!).

It chooses to belittle - literally - the leader of the Liberal Democrats, Nick Clegg, in the same way as Spitting Image 'minimised' David Steele all those years ago when we were very, very young or not even born at all.

.... but some of us have long, long memories.

Sadly this is what British politics have degenerated into to,
No policies and no idea, but slag each other off all day,
No wonder the people are sick and tired of them all..

For the poor dears who confuse the world wide organisation“Liberal International” (14 member parties partaking in governments) with some small strange political partiy on the Isle of Man or the like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberal_International
