Uruguay to sign agreement with Brazil to boost the naval construction industry

Uruguay and Brazil will be signing this month an agreement to promote the development of Uruguay's naval construction industry, which has been described as one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy, said Industry and Energy minister Roberto Kreimerman in Montevideo during the launching of a barge for the pulp industry.     A story from Uruguay that does not involve drugs, legalising drugs, taxing the populace and giving it to the lazy poor or some major mismanagement by the illiterate, innumerate majority within the so called “government”!

    In terms of shipping this barge is a pipsqueak and clearly much needs to be done to the yard infrastructure if even modest ships are to be manufactured there. Replacing the crane for example.

    Let’s hope “No Money Pepe” does not get involved otherwise he will tax it to extinction.
