More unsupportable mortality statistics from WHO. The way things work these days, any suggestion that you may have drunk alcohol at some point in your life, will then label any condition you may have or even your demise, as “alcohol related”.

That does not mean to say that I do not take conditions like alcoholism seriously, simply that these fantastical numbers are produced out of thin air to support the latestest campaigns to control our behaviour.

Does that mean I have to stop drinking my 1/2 litre bottle of gin per night?

    Nah, just modify the habit.

Giving up the Tonic sounds good to me.

I don't believe the number, it has to be more than that.

They are probably frightened by all the alcoholics demanding proof of the damage that alcohol does to them and their families, as if they didn't know.

A lack of education in Northern Europe? Are you serious?

Your idiocy aside, it's not that we don't know about the problems, it's just that we don't care.

Aren't you the one who said some months ago, that the vacation time was coming and that you would be consuming a couple of bottles of Merlot in an evening. If I remember correctly I said if YOU consumed wine like that, YOU were an alcoholic.

Well whatever it was, in the documentary I saw, they all looked like they had been heading it for to long!

Jeez, the entire male population were out of their heads and looked like they had been like it for years.

I'm poor, I'm hungry, I'm oppressed. Who gives acfuck, just poke your stick in here and rub it round your gums.

Jeez, I'm all for culture, but on this planet!
