    With the number of issues that harm relations according to the Chinese government, it's a wonder they talk to anyone.

    Agreed Anglo. Just about every other sentence out of their mouth is stating this or that will harm their relationship. They need a new script.

    step 1) withdraw all the cash reserves are in the United States;
    step 2) commercially isolate the Western countries;
    step 3) isolating culturally Western countries;
    step 4) establish a Confederation of emerging countries (Third World);
    step 5) to block all communications with the rich and heavily indebted countries;
    step 6) to end the linguistic colonialism in South America, founding the Brazilian language;
    step 7) to create a compensation fund of emerging countries for the nationalization of foreign companies operating in strategic sectors;
    Step 8) extinguish flights between rich and emerging countries;
    Step 9) emerging countries abandon all multilateral organizations;
    step 10) emerging countries founded their own multilateral organizations.

    For a better world for everyone!

    @ 3 Brasso

    I think that you should do that: Brazil is clearly a backward country run by a bunch of crooks on par with Argentina and in no way a First World country, and as for a seat on the UN Security Council HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!

    Step 1) will crash the Chinese economy.
    Step 2) will crash the Chinese economy
    Step 3) won't change a single thing in the world.
    Step 4) tried that. Called it BRICS. Didn't work.
    Step 5) will crash the Chinese economy
    Step 6) makes no sense whatsoever. There's no Brazilian language.
    Step 7) will crash the Chinese economy
    Step 8) will crash the Chinese economy
    Step 9) will crash the Chinese economy
    Step 10) they already tried that. They're ineffective.

    Congratulations.

    One thinks that china is merely testing the wests capacity ,especially the USA to defend itself internally from cyber attacks.

    but as long as they keep getting caught all is well,
    but it only take one successful attack to bring the house down, so they say..

    For what I understand of Richard Clarke, cyber warfare offers enormous possible offensive actions to be taken but there is not much defense and protection you can do.
    I guess it all depends if the US is retaliating or not in the Cyber space against China.
    If the only thing they can do is limited to the courtroom, then the Chinese will keep on denying everything and stealing billions of U$S worth of knowhow, technology and research and the US.

    In terms of what you can do with cyber warfare it seems to be like the 1400s where the armies and nations were even starting to understand and grasp all the things you can do with gunpowder in the battlefield.

    Brasileiro you're are truly insane.

    How would you isolate “all the Western countries” ?

    Would you do it individually or collectively?

    Either way surely they would just band together?
    (and just carry on running the world. )

    How would you control that?

    Please explain.

    Or are you now at the howling at the moon level of completely barking mad?

    I found it amusing that Aurelio (Brasileiro) wants to behold China and do business with developing countries only.

    China is walking over Brazil everywhere, thats is one of the other reasons they need the EU trade agreement so desperately.

    @3 Fine. Go ahead.

    Just as a matter of interest, who are you going to sell your crap to? If you only have one “customer”, the customer dictates the price. Didn't they teach you that in Economics 101? And when China says it will pay you one yuan for every million tons of whatever? Incidentally, your actions WILL start the next global war. Do you understand that, if pushed, “the West” can wipe out everything of any importance in China, India (inc Pakistan), Russia and south america? The Western “deterrents” are designed on that basis. On its own, the U.S. nuclear arsenal is half as big again as the Russian one. With proper placement, U.S. strikes will set off a chain reaction. Then they can move on to the Chinese and Indians. Meanwhile, Britain and France take out the small fry.

    You need to stop snorting that powder. Brick dust and strychnine isn't good for you. Not that we care!

    300 ship Navy? Not if you count it correctly!
    What you have been told is not true.
    Here is the current breakdown of the 422 ships
    ?
    The United States has about 721 ships committed to National Security.
    Many of these that are not traditional heavy hitters could be weaponized quickly to carry Tomahawk boxes or other similar missile-in-a box solutions.
    The United States has a “Navy” scattered among many
