A superavit of a few hundred million dollars ? big deal ! still a piss in the ocean compared to when the superavit was consistently 2 or 3 billion USD/month....the PT cannot cover up their blatant incompetence ; just wonder when the majority of the people will realize that the PT has dragged Brazil back about 20 years.
