Mexico's stock exchange plans to be connected to bourses in Chile, Colombia and Peru by year-end through the Latin American Integrated Market, or MILA, nearly doubling the size of the bloc, it was announced in Mexico City. Read full article

    This is a great way forward. Setting a good example to others. Progress at last.
    It's great to see some of the more sensible countries in Latin America taking strong, positive steps.

    I can't wait to watch ALBA roll over and die a wretched death. It is the only hope for the likes of Ecuador and Venezuela to join Chile and Colombia in a brighter future.
