    Considering Cuba's current status, I am inclined to think that SOME of this might even benefit Cuba... but only because the people are so dis-enfranchised that any improvement would be beneficial.

    Weird how Vnzla wants to move towards the old-school Cuban model whilst Cuba seems to want to move towards the the Chinese “One Country, Two Systems”
