US Nevada court grants 'holdouts' discovery rights into assets of Kirchner family friends
The hedge fund Elliott Management secured a victory on Tuesday in its pursuit of Argentine assets abroad, as a court in the US state of Nevada granted the corporation discovery rights to 123 companies allegedly linked to the Santa Cruz public works tycoon Lazaro Baez, and believed to be closely linked to the Kirchner family. Sr. Lanata should go back and follow the movements, flights, and countries visited of not only Baez, but others in the administration, including CFK.
There is definitely millions all over where she is stashing her money.....I also believe that there will be someone's death in a car crash, suicide or something. Either way the walls are closing in.....and like a trapped rat she is going to get dangerous. It will only take one to fall before the hammer falls on TMBOA.........her end is nearing ....literally and figuratively.
