The day after Pfizer Inc’s patent for Viagra expired in Brazil, Carlos Sanchez flooded pharmacies with his generic erectile dysfunction pills.     All jokes aside, there is nothing to boast about here.

    It suggests that a lot of males have a problem, and are willing to pay someone a fortune to use aother's expired-patent, bootleg drug. A word to the wise:

    Constant use of this vaso-constrictive drug, and one can develop permanent and terminal heart problems by age 50+.

    @9 Brasidiot, I'm glad to know you consider me your enemy. It would ruin my reputation if I had a friend that even resembled you.
    But regarding the generic blue pill, it's going to become so cheap that the Brazilian population will probably “swell” to gigantic proportions...joking apart, the increase in population - if any - will most likely be amongst the poorer social classes, causing further strain on an already choked social security system. Maybe they should keep the blue pill expensive.
