Italian bondholders' representative supports Argentina decision to change debt's jurisdiction

The Italian legal representative of Argentine bondholders, Tullio Zembo praised the Sovereign Public Debt Payment Law announced by President Cristina Fernandez, saying the decision to change the debt’s jurisdiction to Buenos Aires is “probably the most appropriate.” Read full article

    Italians have always been short of neurones. And we also have “british bummer”. Proper British people would be concerned with justice and law. Not “british bummer”. He want's granny's money. Inheritance or has he figured out another way of thieving? “Power of attorney”? Who's written granny's will? Is he a “good” forger? There are “rules” about inheritance.

    Can any Italian of Br Bomber list to me the Arentine legal controlled International Agreements that Argentina has subsequently fully honoured?
