@1. Hahahahahaha. “proper justice from an English judge”? So, just for a start, how long will this take? A year? Two? Longer? Assuming that an English court is willing to override an American court order where the relevant party has failed to comply with the order. But let's suppose the English court agrees with Soros & co. What then? Has the Bank of New York Mellon's London unit got the money of its own? The main Bank can't transfer the money, it would be a breach of the court's order. To do so, would put it in contempt. I would expect the Bank's management to “decline” to use its own money. I expect argieland will soon be determined to be in contempt. End result? No money.

Serious questions,

IS the jurisdiction actually in the UK?

Can UK courts demand that funds be transported between jurisdictions?

Is the Bank handling the transactions, a US Bank, permitted to move those funds if they are under a US Court Order not to?

Argentina, the Argentine bond issuers ( backers) have agreed for the sake of ensuring the legitimacy of the bonds and protect bond holders, that would abide by US Court jurisdiction.

Now they argue that it 'does not apply' and insult the presiding judge.

Don't you think this looks like harassment and delaying/deferring tactics from a desperate debtor?

One really wonders how legitimate their claims are, that they have to resort to untruths, half- truths, lies, 3rd party special interest group propaganda, public defamation of character, obfuscation of issues, and delaying tactics??

Don't forget,
this is after 12 years of pursuing them in court, already,

and

the “fictitious grannies” and 93%, have already had over 70% of the value of their bonds denied by Argentina.

Don't you think it reasonable that,

now, their 'feet should be held to the fire' to pay a mere 7% of the bond holders, the Full Face Value of what they borrowed?

Still a huge discount.
