    Brazil can not continue to provide data and information for Western rating agencies. The calculated rating by these agencies aims to encourage speculation not the sustainable development of countries.

    The perfect risk is ZZZ-.

    Speculation creates distortions in the pricing of securities and assets on a large scale can cause liquidity problems in domestic markets. USA and England use this system to destabilize economies for their own benefit, and of course, Money Laundering achieved through suspicious means or with the purpose of evading taxes.

    The sooner a country get rid of this plague of speculation, the better for your productive and sustainable development.

    Your data is probably all lies anyway, you have to have some means of assessing a countries credit worthiness. Just look at your neighbour, I bet your country sided with Argentina at the UN. All banana countries did, did they not?

    1. Nobody is asking Brazil to get loans from the civilized world. Stop reporting and pull out of the Int'l financial community.
    Nobody would care

    I think its funny how in just a few years the mighty BRIC block is now the laughing stock.
    I told ya.

    If anybody wants to know how to ruin an economy in just a few years, this is how:
    “Under Ms Rousseff, Brazil’s economic growth has slowed to an average of less than 2% a year, with a recession taking place in the first half of 2014, while heightened government spending led to a increase in the country’s debt burden.”

    The idea is you spend whilst EXPANDING (to support the companies driving the expansion: it's a cash flow problem) not arse backwards like Dumbass Dilma.

    @1 “Brazil can not continue to provide data and information for Western rating agencies”...
    You guys should really forgive the “Brasileiro” ....he is a complete moron who has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. In line with his ignorance, is the fact that he can't tell the difference between mega-speculators like G. Soros, and the USA and England...and it's no use trying to educate him, his head is too far up his bum to be able to listen.
    yankeeboy@3 is 100% right when he says “Stop reporting and pull out of the Int'l financial community”......but Brazzo doesn't realize that because it's too far above his pay-grade.

    @7
    The Brazil voluntarily cease to provide information to the Western rating agencies.
    “E quem quiser que torça o rabo”
    The thought of dwarf submissive to Western interests belongs to you. There are 12 years that we did not borrow an alley of the Western. Our foreign currency debt is less than 3% of our GDP. Therefore insignificant.
    This voluntary departure from Western markets is a safe and practical way to prevent future governments from right (PSDB) to corrupt and deliver our wealth to the USA and Satellital countries.
    It's a way to advance the BRICS market along with our countries of South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

    A gift for you ...

    @8 Brasidiota
    First, learn how to write English, nincompoop.
    Second, learn how to interpret economic indicators and their true meaning.
    Third, PSDB is not centre -RIGHT, but centre-LEFT...just not communist, like your buddies in the PT. I've told you before but seems you are too stupid to understand.
    Fourth, pls don't post any more video links to do with Lulla, the most ignorant and corrupt Prez Brazil has ever had...don't want my computer infected by the sound of his cancerous voice.
    Fifth and last, your motto is “se quiser, eu dou o rabo”.....and shove a couple of BRICS up your arse....sideways.
