Exactly. Telling one well-wisher that people should think carefully before voting - and who wouldn't? - is totally impartial, good advice.
Honestly out couldn't ask for a better head of state than Elizabeth II.

Her Majesty The Queen is the last and best representative of a dying age: service to others.

Who gets to give the most important advice to Her Majesty? Wonder how many of the people of England like thieving traitors? Yep, that's the scotch. Thieving traitors. Oh well, the Scots haven't learned yet and most likely will still have majestic ones and lairds and barons for many decades to come.
