Ummm.... breaking news: the Pope has no power or role or business getting involved in the internal politics of Argentina.

    Next story.

Good for the Pope. It will be very nice to see the Pontiff on his native soil. The Pope's power is immeasurable and will definitely lend some weight on the European front.

    @2

You are ignorant and daft. He is a foreign leader and he has no authority in internal political matters.

I believe that Mgr. Karcher's formal title is Chief of Protocol for the Holy See, not Chief of “ceremonies”.

Now even the Pope is telling her she has got it all wrong. Oh dear, the eternal life hereafter is not looking too promising.

I hope they pick the right venue for the meeting, CFK is likely to burst into flames when she enters certain sacred buildings.

    The Pope has moral authority.
Be honest who would you choose to trust a corrupt political opportunist with overseas bank accounts stuffed full of tax payers money or the leader of millions of Catholics all over the World.
    Take your time.

Perhaps the Vicar of Christ on Earth and the Holy Father might tell roman catholic argies to seize the anti-christ (Fernandez) and tear it to pieces, rip it apart and destroy it!

I am proud to be a Catholic and I believe the Pope should NOT get involved in the politics of any country - he is the Head of State of the Vatican. The fact that he was born in Argentina is irrelevant.

    @ 12 US Air Force

As you have not posted the post number but have intonated someone out side of the UK that in your opinion should 'go back' I will take it you are refereing to me.

Oh dear! You haven't a clue about me have you? I am an atheist but with a sting: I used to be a high church server unitl the age of 12 / 14 when I woke up to the undeniable fact there is NO god!

I rely on ME and what I have learnt of the world, particularly the cause of nearly all the trouble, ever: religion of all types. I certainly DON'T need a deluded idiot in a dress that heads up 'kiddie fiddlers almighty' which the likes of you need.

Now off you go and do your best, I can always do with a laugh.

So 2 months back the pope was harping on about corruption and the Mafia in Italy.
Now he is going to have lunch with one of the most corrupt leaders in the world today, WTF!

I hope he wraps the curtains around her neck and tosses her off the vatican balcony!

No disrespect, but I believe that statement is a bit presumptuous for you to make on behalf of The Holy Pontiff, about a nationality that is not familiar to you.

My MOS was nothing that the air force would know. Lackland is not a place where you are retarded or “did something wrong”. try some further research RG.
Oh yes.....and while I was never in USAF, they always did manage to give me a one way lift to places.
