Following her meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican, Argentine President Cristina Fernandez arrived in New York, where she is expected to deliver a speech at the UN’s 69th General Assembly on Wednesday. Read full article
What now is she complaining top gear and co have refused to pay the customary bribe to work in Argentina this christmas. I'm sure she will have a lot more to complain about after clarkson has arrived.
She will probably invent a fantasy link between the debt and the Falklands issue - it will all the fault of those people who live in the South Atlantic!
If only we will lick her bum all Argentina,s problems will be solved!
Yes....George Soros, her political allie. Perhaps she is not familiar with his history. He is her allie all the way up until it is time for him to capitalize on his Argentine positions....then he is a vulture. I love the phrase from Chronic.......rotten road kill could not be more appropriate. Vultures only come after the dead.
Index provider FTSE has cut Argentina from its frontier equity index, citing the country's stringent capital controls
FTSE said Argentina would be demoted to unclassified market status.
What's wrong with the General Assembly getting up and shouting Get off. You're rubbish. Not even funny. Take your knickers off. If you're wearing any. Who's a slutty slag? Kicillof's face looks like your arse. And Timerman looks like one of your turds.
I suppose that when she gets up to give her speech, all the representatives, with the exception of her Latin American friends, will turn off their earphones and start to play Shoot the Trolls on their smartphones...
Cristina spoke to the world on the issues that matter to developing countries: between different countries creating a law of sovereign debt restructuring, differentiate what is debt legitimate and illegitimate, regulate and put a limit on financial speculation group concentrates the economy, among other topics. But basically, yes, you, MY DEARS ENGLISH AND CHILEAN are waiting: ASKING TO ENGLAND FOR A PEACEFUL NEGOTIATION FOR OUR RIGHTS AND OUR SOVEREIGNTY ON ISLAS MALVINAS (GRAN MALVINA Y SOLEDAD), GEORGIA AND SANDWICHS DEL SUR. HOW WE DO FROM MANY YEARS.
YESSSS, IS WHAT YOU THINK (PLEASE IN THE FOLLOWING MESSAGES, NO INSULTS, COME ON: you are cultured and educated people).
JACK BAUER: When talking Mr. Cameron, there will be over 40 million Argentines listening to it, carefully ... very carefully .... but soooo very carefully (surely, thinking beautiful things about England).
ABSOLUTELY, sold POP CORN, and as promotion, accompanying it, a strip of ASADO, MORCILLA, UN CHORIPAN, AND DESSERT: TIRAMIZU , (Well, we have to raise money to pay to the vultures founds )
Just look at how pissed off they all look waiting for their credentials. Somebody in Casa Rosada is going to have a boot inserted where the sun don't shine over this.
Mind you, they blend in with the locals who are protesting over climate change.
Just read a few of the comments if you want a laugh.
@13 Hernán
In reply to your thinking beautiful things about England, I know there is not much point in trying to be logical with you, so I am just going to ask you : when you start playing a game under certain pre-established rules, do you think it is fair to try to change them in the middle of the game only because you are losing ????? Try thinking of an analogy between that and the fact that Argentina borrowed recklessly and then squandered the money...too bad, and too late to sulk. Nobody to blame except your corrupt governments.
I think you should be aware that in order to be taken seriously here you really must know what you are talking about - the Malvinista trolls, like you, just post drivel and then everybody pokes fun at them.
Hernan,
If the UK and the Islanders did sit down and discuss the Falklands with Argentina, would Argentina accept a peaceful settlement to the issue, that did not include the sovereignty of the islands, or is it your stance that the only outcome of a negotiated settlement is Argentinian sovereignty.
If it is the latter, then that is why the UK will not enter into negotiations, as having a predetermined outcome is not negotiating.
If and when you understand the difference, change the constitution and treat the islanders with more respect, you will never be allowed near the negotiating table. 'Negotiating a peaceful solution' does not mean handing sovereignty over to Argentina against the wishes of the Islanders, where has this ever been written in any UN GA resolution.
As you are bound to refer to it (all Malvanista do), where does it say in UN resolution 2065's text that Argentina has sovereignty over the Falkland Islands?
In that resolution that Argentina refers to but never actually reads, any resolution must involve the interests of the Islanders.
As the Falkland Islanders were BORN IN THE ISLANDS(, i.e ;. IT IS THEIR HOMELAND), it is AGAINST THEIR INTERESTS NOT TO BE INVOLVED IN TALKS (see, I have my caps lock stuck too, amigo).
Argentina UNLIKE IN THE 1960s/1970s/1980s when Islanders WERE in talks, now refuses to attend talks where Islanders are present, as it is IN THEIR INTERESTS TO ATTEND TALKS DECIDING THE FATE OF THER HOMELAND-THE LAND THEY WERE BORN IN.
NO INHABITANTS PRESENT=NO TALKS.
If you don't like that and are unable to abide by or have difficulty in understanding the SIMPLE TEXT OF TWO- ZERO -SIX -FIVE-IT'S VERY, VERY, EASY
