Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro has said he will travel to New York this week for his debut appearance as president at the United Nations General Assembly despite racist editorials against him in major US newspapers. Read full article
Since when is being called stupid a racist statement? SO I can hardly wait, as I am sure the UN as well........for the 3 ring circus to begin. The big, burning question.....who will take the main stage.
Chaps I think its time the mighty USA kicked the UN out of America,
withdrew from this barren corrupt bunch of twit twats,
me thinks it should transferred to Venezuela
as it is poised to gain a temporary seat on the UN Security Council in 2015-16
perhaps its better south America took control of the UN after all they are first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave, with all the crying begging and free stuff in between.
perhaps most of the civilised world could also withdraw
just a thought.
Anyone see those photos of the Argentine entourage roaming the streets of NYC because they failed to get UN credentials in advance.......in Clarin'. How clueless.....lol
@11
I think Chavez's daughter looks more like Ms Piggy from the Muppet Show....no offence to Ms Piggy. Now that she's being named VZ's alternate ambassador to the UN, Maria Gabriela will probably move out of the Presidential Palace - which she has been occupying illegally since the death of her bafoon father - to the official residence of the ambassador to the UN... a more appropriate move however, would be to one of Caracas' cathouses...
I have scoured it top to bottom I still cannot find a photo of ‘hold very tight’ after saying “Just you wait!” added Maduro, decked out in a jacket fashioned off Venezuela's vibrant yellow, blue and red flag.
Beats a clown suit any time by the sound of it.
I am of the same mind as Elaine: hi is running scared and won’t turn up. He could send Chavez’s “little girl” to flutter her ‘whatever’ at them all.
He won't show.
There will be false claims of an imminent conspiracy to kill him, so he must stay home to save the population from the evil Empire. (Because he is scared of embarrassing himself)
Just watch.
Let him go, the world will learn the valuable lesson I have learned from coming on here, what's the lesson?
When you are dissatisfied, bemoan or criticise the leader you have, take a good hard, a good hard look. at this man and give thanks to whoever it is you thank, that it is not this man, or any of those, who will no doubt applaud him at this venue.
Being called fat, stupid, unable to properly govern a country, broke, a deadbeat, and having the vast intellectual capacity of a bus driver, isn't racist.
