Colombian legal tribunal has ordered 11 companies to halt gold-mining operations in a 50,000-hectare reserve in the northwest of the country and return the land to the native tribe that previously lived there. Read full article

English is not Anglo.

English is a country. Anglo is a race. English fall within the Anglo ethnicity.

Just like Spanish is a country, but Hispanic a race.

And as I have ALWAYS said, South Africans are ANGLO, and the name makes it clear they see it so too. Mandela was Anglo, any South African is Anglo. As is Bono from U2, Andy Murray, Queen Elizabeth, Barack Obama, Usain Bolt, Ghandi, and someone born in Guyana, or any territory where the language is English as Canada, Australia, Zimbabwe, or Gibraltar/Falklands. All of them are Anglos.

It is how it is defined in Argentina: Anglos, Whites, Bolivians / Latin Americans, Blacks, Japanese / Asian.

It's an ethnic construct. Just like Hispanic is an ethnic construct.
