US President Barack Obama has signed a memorandum to expand a vast marine reserve in the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument will become the largest network of oceanic protected areas in the world. Read full article

Does this Kerry guy have some elephant illness on his face? Whenever I see him it looks like he has a plastic case over what would be his real head. No real head can be like that-- it must measure a meter long from chin to crown.
