With less than four weeks to 26 October presidential election in Uruguay, the leading candidates are in a neck to neck race, which will demand a run off at the end of November with the result is too close to call, although two of the latest opinion polls believe that the ruling coalition could still scratch through.     Although I have been 'legal' for some time I am not allowed to vote in Presidential elections. :o(

    Otherwise Pou would have been my choice.

    Good news that the Broad Fraud will probably lose its legislative majority, that might just stop the waste that these morons have done in the past.
