French economist Jean Tirole won the 2014 Nobel Prize for economics for his work that has shed light on how governments should regulate powerful companies that dominate markets, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said on Monday. Read full article

I await a communication from Argentina that he got his Nobel Prize with the able assistance of one Senor Killitov, makes sense but Argentina doesn't have any large companies that have not already been appropriated. Can't wait to hear what spin the trolls on here make of it.
