Fifty one nations on Wednesday signed what was hailed as a milestone in the fight against tax evasion, an agreement that commits them all to automatic exchange of tax information starting in 2017. The accord capped a two-day meeting of officials from most of the 123 nations that have joined the Global Forum, which evolved from an agreement by Germany and Britain two years ago to crack down on tax evasion and tax fraud. However while only Colombia and Mexico signed, all PA members are part of the Forum.
Guess it shows the difference in how countries wish to raise and retain taxes.
Having lived and worked in Argentina many,many years ago, even then the Argentinians were so proud of evading income tax. They seem to have a thing about IT IS MINE I'M GOING TO KEEP IT attitude, never mind the others.

Didn't see Brazil on the list.....didn't expect to either, as it would make life more difficult for a lot of politicians trying to hide their ill-gotten gains .
