The Chikungunya outbreak which continues to affect thousands of Caribbean residents since it first appeared in St. Martin last year has been relatively self-limiting in the United States, due to the fact that the current strain only spreads through the Aedes egypti mosquito vector, which is uncommon on the US Eastern seaboard. The idiot @1 must think the name Chikungunya implies it was brought by the Chinks.....and he was probably impressed because he'd never seen a Chink before then....

No surprise really - after all, Bahia is the State which has the most people, percentage wise, living on welfare (bolsa familia), which I suppose could be construed as its being amongst the poorest and most backward States in the nation.....and where Dilma had a overwhelming victory in the recent elections..... just goes to show the type of voter that supports Dilma and the PT....for that alone, as far as I'm concerned, they can just suck it up !!!

It's definitive proof.
