Nov 16th, 2014 - 09:24 pm - Link - Report abuse 0So the governments invested $ 100 bn in security in 2013...big deal.......and what about the dozens of billions that private individuals and condominiums spent to protect themselves, because the police can't cope with the increase in crime.....to be quite honest, as far as I'm concerned, there is no such thing as 'abusive' use of lethal force against crime and violence...those who decide to assault and kill innocent people, deserve what's coming to them when they are caught. And anyone who disagrees, is welcome to come and try living here.....
Since 2005 the British Police have only killed one Brazilian.
