MERCOSUR “with a market protection emphasis, exchanged ideas with Pacific Alliance members Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico, which has an open market policy, as to how overcome mistrusts and advance in possible integration in different fields.”

It will never happen whilst Argentina with its’ malevolent attitude is included.

Brazil will also take fright when they realise what is at stake. 15 years to NOT get an agreement with the EU will be 30m years NOT to agree.

    As for Venezuela: forget it.
