Buenos Aires province governor Daniel Scioli who on Sunday travelled to Montevideo to congratulate elected president Tabare Vazquez, unknowingly was the first person to officially confirm the victory of Uruguay's next leader a few minutes after voting booths were closed. Read full article

    @1 He's an incompetent buffon who did nothing for over a decade and is running for President next year. Unfortunately there not much better alternatives. Massa is a Sicilian gangster and the rest have no chance whatsoever. Macri might have a chance in a decade or two if he plays his cards right, the rest are clowns too inept even for the mafia...

    Wonder if he could be shoehorned into the new Embraer transporter, and flown in a special version fitted with at least 6 engines (with reheat) to get off the ground)?
