Uruguay's president Jose Mujica and elected president Tabare Vazquez will attend the inauguration, on January first, of Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff second consecutive mandate in Brasilia. With a bit of luck DumbAss Dilma will crash her new Harley on a way to the party. She and The Liar Mantega have managed to crash everything else.

Perhaps reality is sinking in as to how, after her first fiasco, Dilma has pledged to fight for the economy.
