The First World country slips further into the brown stuff.

They just can't help themselves can they?

Now the laughingly titled 'health minister' blames the people for hoarding water!

The way this country is being mis-managed they will have bypassed TDC and be on the heels of Venezuela by the end of this year.

Can nobody in this damnable country take the thing by the scuff of the neck and kick it's arse out of lethargy?
