I think Stevie is still recovering from the mental breakdowns of last year and the year before.
He still tells lies and damned lies so another breakdown will be on the horizon before long.

Only when Chavismo is so thoroughly discredited can Venezuela open the next chapter without the fear it will continuously be hindered like Peronism has ruined Argentina.
