Ramblers Worldwide Holidays has added more options in South America with the reinstatement of a Falkland Islands and Chile itinerary and the return of Bolivia to the program. So officially they do not play as part of the European Rugby calendar i.e. The 6 Nations, they may well have played in Europe, but that is not the meaning of Islanders words. I think the Malvina hotel might be a four star.... at a push, but it's good enough. You could visit Sea Lion Island, the battlefields of '82, the British and Argentine war memorials and graves, Volunteers Point if you want to see King Penguins or various other places if you like bird watching. Hell you could even go to the museum, but like you mentioned before it's not to the standard of the Louvre, but you have never been to the Louvre so not sure how you would compare the two.
