Fresh from an incident with Venezuela which delayed and displaced a Unasur meeting, the Uruguayan government is looking for closer relations with the conservative administration of Paraguay, putting the emphasis on regional integration but also in making Mercosur a more open and dynamic trade and cooperation block. And only toward the end of the article do we get to the real nub. Mujica has clearly been 'bought'. Does he have any 'evidence'? If not, he should shut up.

And is it a double-pronged attack? One prong for the US and the other for Vazquez? After Mujica's cowardly activities, Vazquez has a lot to do to gain Paraguay's confidence. He may have made a start, but I'd say he has a lot more to do. For one thing he could get together with Paraguay and block everything argieland, Brazil and Venezuela want to do. The lack of respect displayed by Venezuela should be enough to get it suspended until it abjectly apologies and holds new elections in which MADurine shouldn't be allowed to stand for any office except cesspit cleaner (third class).

Mujica is a murdering Tupas communist bastard who never finished secondary school like many of the other contemporary Tupas 'leaders' and it showed throughout his presidency.

I just loved it when the arsehole lectured Obama about learning Spanish, the jibber-jabber par excellence of the poorest people on the planet. Yeah, good move Pepe.

Paraguay was behaving within the constitution and it was the 'shitting themselves that we will be next' glorious leaders [I should say Rulers] that wanted Paraguay out before their own citizens woke up to the chance to get rid of them.

'No Money Pepe' [he spent it all on the useless fucking poor and corruption within the Broad Fraud], DumbAss Dilma who is showing her real incompetence by crashing her country into the ground economically, and the one and only TMBOA who justs robs the country and stands by whilst the Prosecutor who was really starting to get somewhere was murdered, are the real violators of the rule of law.

At least Almagro, Gollums Rent Boy is out of the picture now.

Seems to be a good start by Vasquez.

and yet, you have moved to a spanish speaking country.
does not seem to be an intelligent move.

the funniest thing is that you cannot even pronounce 1 single word in spanish, despite the fact that you live there since +/- 5 years.

as they say, the english and english wannabes do not have the capability to learn foreign languages or anything.
surely your neighbours think you are some kind of dumb, boludo, pelotudo, gil, nabo, you choose.
    lol.

    @ 3 POLLY

You are getting more and more like The Lunatic of Chew Butt aka the Thunk, your are his bastard son I presume?

He forecast I would be gone by now, but here I am and about to roll over another big two year investment in Uruguay for more money than your entire net worth in TDC.

Of course I can speak some Spanish but I have to admit I cannot understand some of the locals that talk like a clock tripled Pentium.

Can you understand what that is Polly? Ha, ha, ha.

    Firstly
I have been interested in MercoSur since its inception, perhaps, (somewhat foolishly, it seems in hindsight), that it would be a path to a better future for South America.
Now, the mere words “dynamic Mercosur” send me into paroxysms of bitter laughter.
Secondly, the article above shows just why.
example (a) the Paraguayan Senate did not believe in the democratic or libertarian credentials of Hugo Chavez and the Bolivarian revolution.

example (b) Brazil and Argentina privilege their own markets and interests, have downgraded Mercosur's objectives and charter,
/ [and] a much postponed trade and cooperation agreement with the European Union

Oh, and another thing, ad hominen as it may be. How on earth does Peruvian-Cedron know how ChrisR PRONOUNCES his Spanish? Have they ever met, or Skyped. (we may have to introduce Polly to the concept of Skype, I doubt his dial-up connection can handle it!) Especially since Paco-Cedron doesn't understand the different English verbs employed to differentiate between spoken and written English?

keep toking that pipe, penguin-cedron, soon it will be all you have left when the lights go out accross your barrio.

    good luck with that!

@3. I would have thought that moving to a gibberish-speaking country with no morals or principles is highly intelligent. A clear defence for any 'offence'. “Don't understand the language”. Then there's “Everyone does it” and then proceed to identify hundreds of greater offences and those that commit them. Tax evasion, counterfeiting, theft of utilities, graft. You know what you do. There's no audio facility, so go with seɾˈβe.sa. Surely you understand phonetics?

Incidentally, have you checked whether YOUR neighbours see you as bestial, corrupt, criminal, degenerate, depraved, faggot-like, genocidal, larcenous, mendacious, narcissistic, neanderthal, necrophiliac, puerile, putrid, queer, raving, timerous, unprincipled, vicious, xenophobic wastrels?

Could you tell us all whether, somewhere within your psycopathic 'mentality', i.e. single brain cell, you have any credibility?

Have you read @5, or are all the words too much? Maybe it's time for you to make some admissions. Why is it that only argie-type gobblers decline to say what and where they are? Too scared? Where's the problem? See the headline. “British tourist steps into bar and blasts lying argie scum to death”. What's the problem? “Patriotic Englishman tunnels under Casa Rosada and detonates 10,000 kilo bomb. Police say he cannot be identified as they have no explosives or firearms experience. except for shooting indigenous people”. Even better ”Party of English patriots tunnel south. Casa Rosada, Quinta de Olivos and various other selected 'properties' reach escape velocity. Unidentified spacecraft docked, attached extra propulsion units and set them on course for the Sun/the next but five galaxy. Byeeee!

“MercoSur” and “ dynamic”, in the same sentence?
    Oh My!
Never thought I would see that!
    *weeps with laughter*

It is like seeing “Alicia Castro / honest, reasonable comment” in the same headline.
Or, “flying pigs sighted over Las Malvinas / NASA confirmination, scientifi proof etc. ”....

*oops, I need to go toilet now ...! (Arf!)*
